Long delivery time and inaccurate inventory

Delivery of the goods takes too long - especially in light of the fact that one is paying specifically for a courier service. A number of items were omitted from my order which, surprisingly, included an item that I never ordered. Customer service did respond to my query and said the missing items will be sent to me. But, seeing as they are now out of stock I don't know when this will happen nor was an estimated timeframe given. The option of a refund was not offered.
