Long delivery time

Since I placed my order on the 11th, I asked for urgent delivery but still nothing. The order has been under processing since no movement. I am not happy with the service at all. They said it takes 5-10 days, but it is actually more than that and no one is communicating about the delays. Now I feel like I have been ****med.
