Long awaiting response, delivery and feedback for my order from Snatcher

I bought a music boxing machine for my grandson on the 11th of December. Placed and paid for the item the same day, sent them the POP multiple times as well! I kept getting emails saying awaiting POP which i have sent and a consultant confirmed receipt as well, still getting emails asking for the POP! I explicitly ordered it on the 11th as it would have been delivered before Christmas! Emails going back and forth without any success off any help nor any delivery, i have made contact with them on their facebook messenger page as well, assuring me that it is been handled! No phone calls from them, no feedback back, only emails still keep asking for POP!!!! This is not the first time i have ordered from them, but definitely the first time experiencing this terrible service!

If someone from snatcher could please assist with regards to this matter asap, it would be appreciated!
