Lodge a complain with ombuds

People who are struggling to get their refunds or items from snatcher, please lodge a complain with ombuds on this link https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/. I lodged a complain a week ago and they responded the same day saying they have sent all my details to snatcher and they are waiting for them to reply back. And also, I know someone who lodged a complain and got their refund back from snatcher. Please lodge a complain, maybe it will push them to act.
