It was my 1st time making an online purchase and what a worst experience. It took 2 weeks before i got an update about my order & when i thought finally I'm going to receive it then they sent an email a picture of the item with scratches looking like it has been used before. I was so disappointed and asked for refund which I'm still awaiting. I'll never ever buy at Snatcher again.
