Lies and false promises

I placed an order on the website. Paid via instant eft. First my order didnt go through on the website but my money did. Then i had to wait a week for the money to show on their side. Then i had to provide proof multiple times that i paid. Then the item was out of stock. Then i was promised delivery by 17 dec. Then they didnt deliver or communicate with me.

Quick to take your money. However do not communicate with clients or keep their word.

Its been almost 2 months since i paid R4900 for my item. Horrible service. Horrible communication.
