Left in the dark!

I placed 2 orders on 16th February - one order arrived. The packaging was not the greatest but nothing was broken. However, I have asked now twice where my second order is which is the most important one to me. I was told it was in transit. No date given. I have no idea how to get someone to let me know what is happening with my order that shows that it has been fulfilled but it has not as I have not received it!!!
