LAW BREACHED

I am extremely unhappy. They sent me the incorrect item and refuse to provide me with the correct item. Should i wish to send it back it must be at my cost . I have provided photos of the item i bought and the item i received to clearly show the difference in the item, they still state they had sent the correct item. Be careful with this site, they are not for the client even if you fully showed that the item advertised is not the item received. BY LAW it states that they need to refund you or replace the item at THEIR cost should you receive an item and it is not as advertised. This is LAW people, you are breaking the law. After emailing them i was flat out ignored, no reply ever again.
