Late wrong missing items

Well first order didn't take long however 1 item was missing then I gave it try again, not only my order took almost 3 weeks and the 1st 2 weeks I couldn't even track it when it finally came they got 1 item wrong I'm still trying to gather my strength to send it back. Other than that I like shop and the pricing is good.
