Lack of response leave integrity of company questionable.

I was looking at purchasing a few items from Snatcher. There reviews on Hellopeter are great & I was really impressed by their comments but one thing bothered me & that is that Snatcher never responded to any of the comments . I then decided to search a bit further & found this website. https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/snatcher. This make me wonder if Snatcher haven't paid people to write the reviews on Hellopeter.com.
