Lack of refund and total lack of service from Snatcher.co.za

Terrible service, don’t be lured by their attractive prices.

I ordered a product on 20th Sep 2023. By Oct 3rd the order was overdue by a few days and was cancelled. I’ve been fighting for a refund ever since.

A friend of mine let me know that he also struggled for a refund for weeks, and only came right after complaining here on HelloPeter.

Snatcher is clearly one of those companies that try to make easy money instead of providing service, and this mentality is apparent in the infuriating feedback received by staff who couldn’t care less.

To everyone reading this, don’t ever buy from Snatcher, and if you have and have the same issue as myself and many others, refuse to let them get away with it otherwise it will just carry on. My order number is, 315763. I expect a full refund ASAP.
