Lack of customer care - goods delivery

Snatcher is becoming very good at poor customer service. I ordered something on 06/07/24 and to-date it has not arrived and they did not bother sending communication regarding the delay. I have sent 2 emals following up and the standard response is that they are waiting for the item and "we apologise for ANY inconvenience caused"... Its unacceptable
