Lack of Concern

On the 21/09/2022, i made a purchase and immediate payment for items. After several days i decided to follow up with my order as the status did not update.only to be told that the item is out of stock. These were gifts that i had purchased, business didnt have the decency to contact me and let me know. Agent is extremely useless and says nothing can be done. Why did i have to follow up only to be told items are out of stock? How does the company run without proper inventory control. I ordered 3 of the same items and none can be delivered. Pathetic service, cant even source me something similar to what i ordered
