Kitchen chairs bought. Still waiting for them

I have ordered chairs from Snatcher over 3 weeks ago. There is no way way of tracking the order and not receiving any feedback from customer service. To this day I am still waiting for the chairs so I am not able to review them as they are not here. The service is honestly applying. You could do much better buying from other reputable online retailers.
