I've made a purchase on the 13th of July 2024, even today, I haven't received my order

I've made a purchase on the 13th of July 2024, even today, I haven't received my order. They don't even bother communicating. When i ask about it, they tell me about turnaround time of 7-10days which is beyond now,,and again they say they are waiting for their supplier.
