I've been a long term customer and be er had major issues

I've been a long term customer and be er had major issues. But with my last order number 391617 things went wrong and customer service is non existent. I've contacted them on many occasions in the last month. I get told they'll review and get back to me. This never happens. A decal I ordered was bend and buckled due to bad packaging. Also no mounting instructions. The 2 and 3 seater reversible couch covers I ordered in the same colour are completely different shades so of no use to me as the mismatch makes my lounge look cheap. I have send pictures a few times too. They're laughing all the way and I'm out of pocket.
