It's been more than 2 months since I complained about Snatcher

It's been more than 2 months since I complained about Snatcher. They have been playing back and forth with me regarding the damaged hoodies. They have been promising to send a courier for collection until today nothing has happened. I have been doing a follow up with them but now I am at a point of giving up maybe they just wanted a dumping place for their damaged clothes. I will never recommend Snatcher to anyone they are taking an advantage of being an online store.
