Its a ****!!

This website is a ****, it really is. Evey time I buy their neutral phones I have an issue. The 1st phone they took back without any issues after I proved the fault. The 2nd phone has a storage issue, the box clearly states that its 16GB+1TB. But when I upload items up to 16 GB it says storage is low but the memory of the phone says I've only used 1% of the storage. I have sent this to Snatcher 5 times. Each time this useless Ismaeel Rahim says its the maximum storage. How is it a maximum storage when the memory shows 1% is used? I asked him if I can contact the manufacturer but he keeps saying the same thing. I even checked with the 1st phone, the 1st phone has no issues with storage of more than 16GB because the box also states 16GB+1TB. I just want the manufacturer to explain how to use the storage. This company is a ****, they will assist you when they feel like it. I don't know why they sell phones that constantly have issues. This Ismaeel Rahim guy must be an owner because he's completely and utterly useless. He said he would contact the manufacturer and come back to me. He doesn't come back to me instead he tells me it is what it is.
