Items were out of stock when I ordered, then when I ordered and paid I was told a few days after that the item I was wanted was out of stock

Items were out of stock when I ordered, then when I ordered and paid I was told a few days after that the item I was wanted was out of stock. Also 2 of the items I purchased lasted 1 day and it was broken, because the quality was really cheap :(
