All they do is send emails requesting photos of the package when received, like we are supposed to know that we are supposed to take pictures of the package before opening. Also why must I pay the courier costs when you are selling bad quality products which are being advertised as these amazing products. Please collect your items ASAP...

Your agent did not even call me to discuss.
