Items returned and waiting almost 2 months 4 refund

Never purchase from Snatcher, it's almost 2 months and I'm still following up for a refund on 2 items. They just ignore my emails. They even sent the courier guy to collect the items. Asked for banking details and proof of residence for the refund and then they just don't reply to you. I have spoken to many consultants and have all the mails. Last person was Kabelo who arranged everything and now just ignores me.
