Item not Received

Good Day, Order Number -SNR*** I received my order on the 28 November 2019, however the Doctors(girl) set was not in the box.

We have ordered these items to be delivered to an orphanage on Thursday the 28th. I have sent over 4 e-mails to ***, I call twice with them telling me they will call me back. I sent 2 messages via facebook messenger and no response. I just want my refund for an item I did not recieve.
