It was the first time using any of the online shopping apps. I was sceptical and wanted to try out. I was really impressed with the joining in utilizing the app. It was easy. I ordered and the system also was user friendly as it allowed me to check QsandAs from other users. This actually encouraged me to be free to order as much as I wanted and could afford and the brochures with explanation on each item made it easy. It was like I am in a shop with a shop assistant. My frustration kicked in when after a week my order was not coming through, to think I order R2k plus of items. This feeling ended after sending an email to Snatcher and was provided with an update and a to follow on shipping progress. Online shopping with Snatcher is the best. Made my 2nd order last week🥰👍🏼
