It was my second time shopping with snatcher

It was my second time shopping with snatcher. First time, one of the items were broken and they refunded me for it. This time around the learning tablet I bought for my baby was not working at all, I wrote an email to them but the communication went cold. I don't think I'll ever buy here again because there's always faults.
