It was my first purchase through Snatcher, but the experience was very disappointing compared to other online retailers. 🔸My order took almost 4 weeks to be delivered. 🔸Snatcher don't update the client on estimated delivery date a week after the order is placed. 🔸I escalated my complaint to the customer care service, but no improvement.
