It took 22 days to get feedback on products that were not available

It took 22 days to get feedback on products that were not available. I had been following up after 10 days. Then replaced another order and paid more for the 1 item that was the exact same as the first order. Cept having to follow up on my order as I did not want to wait 22 days again to be told the products were not available. The last 2 orders have not been great.
