Is Snatcher legitimate

Good day I ordered on Snatcher and haven't heard from them. I called the number which has a voicemail saying "due to nature of business they don't take calls". I then went online and chatted with the bot. I asked for when I can expect delivery. I said I now need same within 4 days or I will have to cancel. They said if I cancel they charge a fee. This is shocking because I have given them fair time to deliver and live up to there promise. If they cannot then deliver should be free. It is wrong because they seem to be acting like **********. They also don't respond to emails etc.

maybe the police need to investigate this operation by Snatcher.
