Is snatcher a **** or dishonest

I bought a interactive UPS 3000va on special from snatcher on 1/4/2023. The UPS was advertised for R862.00 On the 12/4/2023 I emailed snatcher to find out when will the UPS be delivered. I received an email stating the my order is in process. Then on the 17/4/2023 I was emailed that the item is sold out. I rep**** to snatcher asking them how can the item be sold out. When I bought the UPS stock was available. They requested that I can have an in-store voucher or a refund. I was reluctant to accept either. Why should I buy something online if I want a refund. This is the second time snatcher has done this to my family. They blaming the supplier. Snatcher has no business ethics. Their policy states customer satisfaction. The staff are not following company policy. I would never recommend anyone to buy from snatcher Snatcher is a gimmic. I'm taking this matter to consumer council. They using our money for collecting interest. About refunds. They refund after 3 months
