*****ing money

This is my second review on the same order. The company is a total ****. They are sometimes good at delivering small purchases but fund it by *****ing money from bigger purchases. I ordered a camera on 16 November 2023. I have asked for a refund since 22 December. It is clear that they have no intention of refunding my money. I keep on getting the same reply.... our accounts department is working on it. It has been 81 days since I placed my order and 46 days since I asked for a refund.

They are taking (*****ing) money and not delivering.
