Inferior product quality

Purchased a product from you'll. I waited a very long time to receive it. I finally received the product had it installed it basically worked for 3 hours and one globe went dead. I checked it out and i got a burnt smell. I than inspected it and indeed the product was burnt. So now I'm sitting in the very same situation I started off with. I emailed you guys and till date no response. This was my first purchase from you'll and most probably my last.
