Incorrect orders and pathetic service

I ordered from snatcher for Christmas, 1st after accepting my order, 5 days later i get an email sorry we dont have stock of the item you ordered please choose another one, so i do, then my order arrives and only one of the 3 items arrive and the sun spray is missing in action, they dont let me know, i have to contact them with 4 mails, then i get a credit, which i use that takes another 2 weeks to arrive only after i blew my lid and send them a 100 emails, their online service does not work, there is hardly any communication, however they spam you to death with their specials
