Incorrect order received - no feedback from Snatcher
I ordered toys for my kids and Christmas placemats.
When I received the order, there was make up brushes, garden hose, tray's and power banks in the box. Nothing of what I ordered.
I notified that that the items are incorrect, sent pictures as requested and I have not received feedback on how to return the items that I don't want and how to get my money back.
This was my first time ordering from Snatcher, and I do not think I will do it again.

14 Feb 2024, 09:13So following this inconvenience someone eventually contacted me and notified me on the 19 of January that my details have been submitted to do a refund - refunds have a 7 working day turn around time. I guess this is something they also struggle with because it's the 14th of February and have not received my refund yet. This is ridiculous! I had to pay immediately to get the wrong items delivered, and after all that inconvenience, they can't even refund me in time. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SNATCHER!!!!!!!
