Incorrect order

I added the incorrect product into my basket. I only realized this after checkout. I emailed Snatcher, and I was told by Dorothy that my product will be changed. Sure enough, when my package arrived, I had exactly what i wanted. I have never had a problem with purchasing or delivery from Snatcher. Nothing but good reviews from me.
