Incorrect items delivered and no communication.

I made a complaint about getting an incomplete order and I was told I’ll be contacted soon which they never did. To add insult to injury I just realised not only are the items missing but they gave me 2 different colours that don’t match. I feel defeated. I paid for 6 A3 black picture frames and only received 2 frames, one black and the other brown. I would never recommend this site to anyone. It’s not worth it.
