Incorrect item delivered and poor communication

Very bad service,I ordered an inverter with the picture showing a normal 3 input plug ,but when I received the item ,of which I bought 3 ,the item came with an international plug. Snatcher sells goods online and the picture clearly showed a plug with 3 points and not an international plug. Communication is bad as people send emails not making sense,I still sit with the incorrect products and no further response via email. I even sent the online picture and the item delivered picture but yet poor response. The waiting to receive an.email is the worst as telephone lines don't exist ,I even requested a telephone call but to no avail. Very bad
