Incorrect Inverter Supp**** - Waiting 2 months

I bought a 1000w 200v inverter on 1st april. The order was only delivered on 26 April. I immediately noticed that the device sent was a 100v inverter & immediately sent an email advising you about the error. (100v is not compatable with my devices) The consultant then arranged a collection of the incorrect item which the courier collected & advised that i will receive the correct device. 2 days later the parcel was re-delivered by the courier in error and I again emailed to advise. Until today 21 June I'm still have not received the correct device or a Refund. I requested that either the correct device is sent or I must be refunded (for both the inverter & the product which was out of stock). Ref: order #264021 also check your emails for the whole story.
