Incomplete Orders / Delivery time

I ordered my son Christmas present (wireless hand remote helicopter) and a few other items, on 23 Nov 2022, my order was delivered 14 Dec 2022, without notify me that this item would not be delivered and apparently was discontinued even though still adverti*****t on their website. I was given a voucher for this item. I placed another order for my sons birthday present on 1st June 2023, using my voucher, my order was again delivered late on 22 June 2023, again without my sons gift without notifying me. Apparently again the item is also not available and was offered a replacement item, but now I have to wait another 10 to 15 days for delivery. I would never buy from them they are unreliable and delivery takes forever.
