Incomplete order with an open Box

It was my first time buying on snatcher and my experience thus far is horrible.

First, the order took a week and a half to deliver. Second, the order was incomplete, the box was open and not sealed. Thirdly, the communication is pathetic and they first send me a reply stating the incomplete part will be delivered shortly, when asked for an ETA i was told the product doesn't require the part of which is does.

The entire experience was and still is terrible and therefore i would not recommend buying from them I would rather pay extra than shopping at a cheaper store that gives me such hassles.

Suffice to say, this would be my last time shopping on snatcher.
