Incomplete Order Received

I placed an order on the 10th of Feb & received it on the 20th of Feb. I ordered a sewing machine & a steering wheel knob. To my surprise when i opened the box it was just a sewing machine & a small empty plastic no knob in the box. Basically i was ****med 1 item missing. I sent them an email hoping i would get a response, nothing. Sent another one today on still nothing. My money is gone but only received incomplete order. I'm just so furious & hate them from the bottom of my heart for making me a fool 😡😠😡😠😡. .. Order at your own risk!!!
