Incomplete order delivered. Now an issue to received missing items

Snatcher is very unreliable. I'm regretting ever buying from Snatcher. I ordered x2 pedestals, proof of payment shows payment for x2 pedestals, but only x1 was delivered. Wit all pictures and proof of kgs of de box weight to prove that only 1 pedestals was delivered, I'm still yet to receive my second pedestal. My emails are now being ignored. 😡😡😡 I wished I had read the reviews before buying as it is clear from the comments that most of the customers are complaining about similar issues of orders delivered incomplete
