INCOMPLETE ORDER AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The WORST online store and service ever. Please do yourself a favour and not buy from this company Snatcher.co.za.

You will notice on their Facebook posts alot of comments which you can't view. They have hid the comments so followers can't see. They also block you from their Facebook if you complain about not receiving your parcel or any response from them. Very very very bad service ❌️❌️❌️❌️

I've placed an order with them only to receive HALF my order 4 weeks later. The rest of my order is still awaited. I've paid for delivery to my door however they are sending it via paxi where I need to collect it at a paxi store near me 😡

You are welcome to place an order at your own risk if you do not mind the following: - Waiting for your order 4 weeks+. (You WILL NOT receive your order in 5-6 days as they state) - Your order arrives incomplete. - Your order is damaged as there is no packaging material used. - You have to follow up on your own account as the only feedback you receive is getting blocked. - You will not receive a refund. - Their customer line is not working due to all the complaining customers and getting feedback via email is a joke. - They collect 15% of your purchased order when you receive a cancellation email even though you NEVER requested to cancel your order.

Not worth it in my opinion: Products: 2/10 (bad quality cheap junk) Service: 0/10 (no service at all)
