Incomplete order

I received my order but certain items didn't have the seal and also my order was short delivered with no notification of the short delivery it was as if I wouldn't notice and these were my Christmas gifts. I am still paid for the 12 inpods and vacuum cleaner hopefully I will receive it before the new year. It's sad that I had to tell them I didn't not receive my full order instead of them notifying me.
