Incomplete delivery of my order

My Initial order from Snatcher was cancelled by them on the 24th of November 2022, I then opted not to request a refund but to replace the item with something else. My order was placed on the 24th November 2022. The order was delivered on the 12th December 2022 but 1 item was missing from my order the luxury tea pot. I called the following number *** just an answering matching with no one to assist. I held on for 30 Minutes and the line just dropped on me. This is pathetic for them to say call but one no consultant answers the line. I'm waiting to receive feedback from them, I have been ordering from Snatcher for the past 2 years but never received such a bad service ever. This experience has made me to think twice before placing any order with this Company. online service is not effective when it comes to out of stock orders, or incomplete orders.
