Incompetence of orders

Am highly disappointed with how my order was handled only ordered 5 items but the items were either not available or the order was incorrect. l tried to call after 5days to see the progress of the order and l was answered with a guy who was very rude, he told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days because they are still busy with it and it will be delivered then. so l phoned after 10 and they told me that they send a email which l never received, to choose an alternative color for one of the item, which l did, to my surprise a day before the deliver they send an email saying they don't have the alternative color available. After all that managed to receive my order and out of those 4 things which were left only 1 was in correct color selected there incompetence is at the highest level and when you try to contact them it takes an hour and half to 2 hours for them to answer their calls, l would never recommend snatcher to anyone, l really wish l could give them a zero
