In the dark on delivery date

Very frustrating. Snatcher used to be on the ball, but lately they have been extremely bad. Unfortunately you cannot rely on Snatcher if you are buying a present for someone. There is no way to know when you are going to get your delivery, it's always a surprise until it is in the hands of the courier company. I again have made the mistake of ordering a baby shower gift from Snatcher, and will no doubt have to waste money and buy something else from Takealot who are reliable and give you a delivery date. I have sent a message to Snatcher, who did reply, but told me nothing, so I still don't know if I will have my gift before the baby shower on the 5th Aug. You need to sort things out Snatcher, and use reliable sources for your products or you are going to lose a lot of business.
