In general the service is good, but I have had 2 orders with faults, the first was String Fairy lights that were shorter than advertised and i have answered them twice via e mail but they keep asking me to elaborate on the fault as if they are just trying to frustrate me into giving up, and the second order the amount of parts in the box has two less than advertised.
