I'm not happy with the whole experience shem!

First of all there is no phone line for customers. You can only reach them via email. Secondly, processing order takes a while you would swear you being ****med due to the silence on order process updates. Lastly, I had to hire a guy to assist me with assembling therefore I am not buying from them again.
