I'm not happy. Out of stock order with no refund after 40days of follow up.

I'm not happy with Snatcher. I've made an order @Snatcher online on the 24 of April 2024 order *** for multipurpose hanging Rack for R338 including shipping fees and on the 29 of April 2024 I've received an email saying that they are out of stock and it's either they will give me voucher or refund. I've requested for a refund and provided banking details, and I was told it will take 7 to 10 working days. It's been more than 40 days. I've sent a follow-up but still didn't receive my refund.
