I'm never ordering from snatcher ever again

<div>The stress that comes with ordering from snatcher is too much. They lack communication. I ordered 7 items and they only delivered 3 without saying anything to me about the rest of the items. I had to send emails back and forth to them asking about other items and they are taking their time to respond, I'm talking about 3-4 days to get a single useless response. From the 3 items they delivered, 1 of them was incorrect. I asked them why they delivered an incorrect item they said they did not have what I ordered in stock and they decided to find an alternative, REALLY??? why would they find an alternative without checking with me if I would accept it? As if that wasn't enough, I was required to find a box to put the incorrect item in for returns and they also sent me a document and said I should print it and give it to the courier when they come to pick up the item. I mean this was their mistake in the first place and now I'm the one who needs to run around looking for boxes and an internet café to print the document. Mind you printing is not free and I'm the one to incur this cost, for what? "THEIR INCOMPETENCE". You don't go through all this with other online shopping platforms. One last thing I would like to let you know is that you can't find them on phone, they are available only on email</div>
