I'm Happy now after being Refunded

I'm happy to say that Snatcher Refunded me yesterday. But I think it is a case of WHO you get ahold of when you phone them. First spoke to a Lady who apologized and said she will escalate to their Accounts Dept. Upon phoning just after I spoke to her, a Lady by the Name of Dorothy took my call and Refunded me immediately! I've placed another order and hopefully everything will be good.
